Aristotle
Aristotle was a Greek philosopher, a student of Plato and tutor to Alexander the Great, who founded his own school, the Lyceum, in Athens. His works range across logic, science, politics and ethics; the Nicomachean Ethics explores virtue as a settled habit and a mean between extremes.
